The participant is subject to the terms and conditions as set on this page and any other special conditions that may appear on the website /
electronic application, additionally any changes that may occur from time to time
Ideas must be new and innovative and may be presented by a person or by a legal person, it must not be owned by anyone other than the
participant. The participant is liable to third parties for any infringements of rights related to the idea involved.
The ideas will be studied to evaluate its states in terms of to be accepted or postpone or rejected. In case of another party in the UAE is working on
a concept that is partially or very similar to the idea, this leads to rejection of the idea, and the participant is not entitled to have any claims.
The site management / application or concerned authority may request additional information, documents or studies from the author/ participants of the
idea without incurring any costs or expenses related to the site manager / application, and then inform the applicant of the final decision to accept,
reject or defer consideration.
If it is found that the same idea has been submitted by more than one person, the first presenter of the idea is determined according to the date and
time of submission. The same idea or other ideas may not be presented with the same content, or details for more than one time.
The applicant agrees that if any entity in the United Arab Emirates wishes to apply and develop the submitted module or idea, then the intellectual
property rights in the developed or executed version shall become the property of that entity, and the entity may provide a moral or cash reward to
the applicant of the idea (before development) It is the discretion of the party and not bound by it.
